Tom Woodfield

Tom joined Lewis Ellis as Senior Surveyor in 2025.

Prior to Lewis Ellis he worked in the Development & Investment team at Cluttons and has over 2 years’ experience in the property industry, with a focus on transactional work. Tom works with a variety of clients including Columbia Threadneedle, Clearbell, Knight Frank Investment Management, LSH Investment Management and DTZ Investment Management.

Tom is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
